FAQ

Questions, Answered

Still unsure? Start here.

What is this workshop?

A live online session for complete beginners who are thinking about a Data Analyst or Business Analyst career. It gives you honest answers on whether Analytics suits you, which tool to learn, how long it takes to get a job, what you can earn, where the jobs are and how AI is changing the field, before you pay for any course.

I’m from a Non-IT background. Is this for me?

Yes. Many people who move into Analytics come from commerce, arts, science, sales and operations. The workshop explains how your background fits and what you would need to learn first.

I’m already in IT. Will it still help?

Yes. It shows what analyst work actually involves compared with your current role, so you can decide whether Analytics is the right next move.

Do I need any technical knowledge?

No. You don’t need coding, a technical background or any software installed.

What’s the difference between a Data Analyst and a Business Analyst?

Both use data to help a business decide. The workshop explains what each role does day to day, where they overlap, and why the same core skills prepare you for both.

Will you tell me what salary to expect?

Yes. We go through realistic salary ranges for freshers and career switchers, and what actually decides your pay. No hype, and no promises we can’t keep.

Will you tell me how long it takes to get a job?

Yes. We give a realistic timeline based on where you’re starting from and how much time you can give each week, and what speeds it up or slows it down.

Is Analytics a safe career in the AI era?

We cover how AI is changing an analyst’s work, which tasks it speeds up, and the skills that keep you valuable as it does.

Will this workshop teach tools?

No. It explains which tools matter, what each one does and which roles use it. Learning a tool hands-on happens in a Crash Course.

How long is the workshop?

One to two hours, live online, with time for your questions. The exact duration is shown with each scheduled session.

What should I do after the workshop?

We cover your next step in the session itself, based on your background and the role you’re aiming for.
