These Terms & Conditions apply when you use this website or enrol in any program offered by Variablz Academy. By enrolling or paying for a program, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Variablz Academy (“we”, “us”), 17, Nanban Nagar, Kammiyampet, Cuddalore-02, Tamil Nadu, India. GSTIN 33ENBPR7819L1ZH. Email support@variablz.com (see section 12 for how we communicate).
2. Programs and what they include
Each program’s page describes what it includes, its duration, schedule and fee. For Analytics Professional:
- Stage 1 · Learn Analytics Tools is the paid stage: 4 months of live online classes from your batch start date, with access to the class recordings for 2 years from the batch start date.
- Stage 2 · Real-World Projects is free for Stage 1 students. For 1 year after you complete Stage 1, you can join live project sessions (8:30 pm IST, Monday to Friday), with 1 year of access to their recordings.
- Stage 3 · Placement Training is free for Stage 1 students. It starts once you complete Stage 1 and consists of 6 live placement training sessions and 3 individual one-to-one mentor sessions. Placement sessions are live only; recordings of them are not provided.
- Technical Support is free for Stage 1 students. It starts on day 1 of your classes and gives you lifetime access to our dedicated technical community on Discord, where you can ask course-related questions in a channel for each tool, including after you complete the course. “Lifetime” means for as long as Variablz Academy runs the community. You need your own Discord account, and Discord’s own terms apply to your use of Discord.
3. Placement training: no job guarantee
Placement training is career-preparation training only. It is delivered as 6 live sessions plus 3 individual one-to-one mentor sessions, and covers building and reviewing your resume, speaking on telephonic interview calls, preparing for coding rounds (with access to problem-solving videos), commonly asked technical Q&A, checking your resume’s ATS score in our Jobz app, and applying for jobs on job portals.
Variablz Academy does not arrange interviews or interview calls and does not guarantee a job, an interview, a salary or a salary increase. You apply to employers yourself, and hiring decisions are made only by the employers.
4. Certificates and recognition
Any certificate we issue is a Variablz Academy certificate of participation or completion. It is not a degree or diploma, and our programs are not recognised, approved or affiliated by UGC, AICTE or any government or university body.
5. Enrolment and your account
- Give accurate details when you enrol, and use an email address you control. We use it to confirm your identity, including for refund requests.
- Your enrolment is for you alone. Don’t share your class links, logins or recordings with anyone.
- You need your own computer, internet connection and any software the classes use. Software owned by third parties (for example Power BI, Tableau or Python tools) is subject to those companies’ own terms.
6. Fees and payment
- The fee is the price shown on the program page when you enrol. You receive an invoice for every payment.
- No Cost EMI, where offered, is arranged on request through the contact details on the program page and is subject to the EMI provider’s approval and terms.
- Refunds for every course follow our Refund Policy (pro-rata by the days or sessions used, less a 5% platform handling charge).
- Stage 2, Stage 3, technical support and any other free sessions, programs, communities, materials or benefits are offered at the discretion of Variablz Academy and are not part of what the fee pays for. Variablz Academy may change, pause, reduce or cancel any free program or benefit at any time, without any formal written notice. Where possible we will let enrolled students know by email from support@variablz.com. This does not change your Stage 1 classes, your fee or your rights under the Refund Policy, and no refund or compensation is due for a free benefit. Free benefits end if your enrolment ends.
7. Schedules and changes
- We may change a batch’s start date, a class time or a trainer when needed. We will tell you in advance by email from support@variablz.com.
- If a class is cancelled by us, we will reschedule it or provide its recording.
- We update the curriculum to keep it current, for example as AI features in the tools change. An update won’t reduce what your program’s page promised when you enrolled.
8. Course materials and recordings
Class recordings, notes, datasets, project briefs, videos and other materials are owned by Variablz Academy. You may use them for your own learning during your access period. You may not copy, record, download (unless we allow it), sell, share or publish them.
9. Conduct
Treat trainers and other students with respect, in classes and in the technical community. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, for example by sharing recordings, posting spam or harassing others. If we end your access, the Refund Policy calculation applies as of the date your access ends.
10. Our responsibility
We deliver our programs with reasonable care and skill, as described on their pages. We are not responsible for losses caused by things outside our control, such as your internet connection or device, outages of third-party platforms, or decisions made by employers. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell your personal data.
12. Official communication
- All requests and notices about refunds, cancellations, complaints, these terms, the Refund Policy, your personal data and any other legal or important matter must be sent in writing by email to support@variablz.com, from the email address you used to enrol.
- We do not accept these requests by phone, WhatsApp, class groups, social media, or through trainers. The date we receive your email (Indian Standard Time) is the date of your request.
- We send official communication about your enrolment in writing by email from support@variablz.com to the email address you enrolled with. Messages on any other channel are not official notices.
- Keep your email address up to date and check your spam folder for our emails.
13. Grievances
For any complaint, email our Grievance Officer, Aswini Iyapan, at support@variablz.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each version has a version number and an effective date, shown at the top. The version in force on the day you enrol (your invoice date) applies to that enrolment, and we email you a copy of it with your invoice.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer law, the courts at Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
