This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for all courses offered by Variablz Academy, including Analytics Professional, Crash Courses, Workshops and other online courses. Please read it before you pay. The version in force on your invoice date applies to your enrolment, and your invoice links to that version.
1. How each course is counted
Refunds are pro-rata: you pay for the part of the course you have used. Each course is counted in days, except Workshops, which have a satisfaction refund (see section 3):

Analytics Professional has three stages, plus technical support:
- Stage 1 · Learn Analytics Tools: live online classes. This is the only stage you pay for.
- Stage 2 · Real-World Projects: free for students enrolled in Stage 1.
- Stage 3 · Placement Training: free for students enrolled in Stage 1.
- Technical Support (lifetime Discord community): free for students enrolled in Stage 1.
Because Stages 2 and 3 and technical support are free, Analytics Professional refunds are calculated on Stage 1 only.
2. How to request a refund
- Send your refund request by email to support@variablz.com. This is the only way to request a refund. We do not accept refund requests by phone, WhatsApp, class groups, social media, or through trainers.
- Send it from the email address you used to join the course, so we can confirm it is really you.
- Include your full name, your course and batch, and your invoice number.
The date we receive your email (Indian Standard Time) is your last day in the course. That day is counted as used.
3. How the refund is calculated
- Charge per day = Total fee paid ÷ Course length (120 days for Analytics Professional, 12 days for a Crash Course)
- Days used = days from your batch start date (or, for a self-paced course, your access date) up to and including your last day
- Platform handling charge = 5% of the total fee paid
- Refund = Total fee paid − (Charge per day × Days used) − Platform handling charge
“Total fee paid” is the full amount you paid to Variablz Academy for the course, as shown on your invoice. Amounts are rounded to the nearest rupee.
- If you request a refund before your batch starts, nothing is used, so you receive the total fee paid minus the 5% handling charge.
- If the calculation comes to zero or less, no refund is due. With the 5% handling charge, this happens from day 114 of Analytics Professional and from day 12 of a Crash Course.
- No refund is due after the course is complete.
The tables below use each course’s current fee. Your refund is calculated on the fee you actually paid.

Every day counts from the batch start date, because your online LMS access starts on day 1. For example, a request received on day 4 counts 4 days.
Workshops
Workshops have a 100% satisfaction refund. Total fee paid ₹100 · 1 session · Handling charge 5% = ₹5

If you attend the workshop and are not satisfied, email support@variablz.com within 2 days after the workshop date (by 11:59 pm IST on the second day) and we refund the full fee paid, with no handling charge. If you cancel before the workshop date, the 5% handling charge applies.
4. When you receive the refund
- We will confirm the calculation in writing by email from support@variablz.com.
- The refund is paid within 15 days of the date we receive your request.
- It is paid to the original payment method, or to a bank account in the name of the student or payer if the original method can’t receive it.
5. After a refund
Once a refund is processed, your enrolment ends. Access to the course’s classes, recordings and materials stops from that date. For Analytics Professional this includes Stage 2 projects, Stage 3 placement training and technical support (the Discord community).
6. EMI and third-party payments
If you paid through an EMI plan or a loan from a third-party lender, the refund is calculated on the amount we received and is paid to the lender or the original payment method, as the lender requires. Interest, processing fees or charges set by the lender are governed by the lender’s own terms.
7. If we cancel a batch
If Variablz Academy cancels your batch before it starts and you do not want to move to another batch, we will refund the full fee paid, with no handling charge.
