About This App
OneConnect is an IoT-based control and monitoring application developed for a client to manage their electrical infrastructure remotely. We built a system that connects to Vacuum Circuit Breaker panels through a Raspberry Pi controller, monitors shutter automation based on door movement using ultrasonic distance sensors, and tracks circuit breaker life using AI-powered edge analytics — all accessible from a single unified platform.

How it works
OneConnect communicates with the Raspberry Pi controller to send and receive commands to the Vacuum Circuit Breaker panel. The ultrasonic distance sensor monitors door movement and triggers shutter automation accordingly. Breaker usage data is processed through edge analytics to predict lifespan and schedule preventive maintenance — all visible from the OneConnect app.
